Week 1: Discovery & Market Mapping

You: We start by getting crystal-clear on the role, your expectations, key responsibilities, and success metrics.

Us: We conduct deep-dive research, identify approximately two hundred competitor where your candidates might be working today, then launch research to map—mapping out up to an average of 1,500 candidates through more than 11,500 outreach touches to ensure we have the people even if they're not actively looking. We don't wait for candidates to come to us; we go to them, one by one, ensuring a high-caliber shortlist.

Week 2: Internal Interviews & Short List

Us: We conduct thorough two-stage interviews privately to pass down long list to short list. We verify cultural fit, motivation, team dynamics—things you can't see on a resume. We also verify exact dates of employment and verify positions on a resume—the things other recruiters assume you'll do (or more often, find out after you discover it).

You: We share our list (only include and we review those in four profiles) you'll like and interview. We provide resumes, provide interview snapshots.

Week 3: Client Interviews & Offer

You: You now have to four pre-vetted candidates. All competitive, professional, scheduling and follow-up is facilitated by us.

Us: We facilitate process, gather feedback, negotiate terms, present offer.

Weeks 4-8: Notice Period & Onboarding

Candidate: Serves notice period at current employer (typically 2-8 weeks, largely depending on seniority level).

Us: Stay engaged throughout transition, ensure smooth onboarding support if needed.

You: Plan onboarding; prepare for start date.
